Shipping Policy
Most items ship within 3 business days. Please remember these are handmade items and many of them are made to order. If you need something faster or at a different shipping speed please use the contact form to contact me before placing your order. Keep in mind that overnight shipping is typically about 30 dollars for light items.
I try to find the most economical way to ship every package. In most cases this will be USPS first class mail. If you purchased the USPS First Class or Fastest Available, when I purchase the shipping label and it is more cost effective to upgrade the shipping some orders may be sent priority mail. All shipping is calculated based on weight of the items purchased. Stickers and keychains can typically ship via the flat envelope price.
If you selected priortiy mail shipping during the checkout process your items will ship via that method only.
For international shipping in most cases everything will ship first class mail.
Return and Refund Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom Items
To complete your return, we may require details like date of purchase and/or your full name and email address to locate your order information.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within typically 3-5 business days once return acceptance is approved. The timeline is dependant on your card issuer or payment processor. Once the return has been processed on our end we are unable to expedite the process and you may need to follow up with your bank.
Late or missing refunds
First contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This is based on individual bank policies. Once processed on our side it is up to the payment provider or bank to ensure the funds are deposited into your account.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged and within 30 days of purchase only. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lisa@shessocraftygoods.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will recieve store credit in the amount of the order excluding shipping costs.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
